Marie Victoria, LLC was founded in 2013 by designer Leslie Gilbeaux. Appropriately named in honor of two dearly loved, inspiring women...her grandmothers.

Marie Victoria signifies an age of innocence; a time of breathtaking, young love. Simple, flowing lines are complemented by dynamic and tasteful designs. The Marie Victoria brand offers the Marie Victoria Collection and privately commissioned wedding gowns.

Leslie Gilbeaux

Designer, and hopeful romantic, Leslie Gilbeaux, was heartbroken to learn that neither of her grandmothers were able to experience the thrill of selecting and wearing their own special wedding gown. Leslie listened intently as each grandmother shared stories of their engagement and their wedding day.

Their stories helped Leslie understand her innate reverence and awe of weddings, and their centerpiece, the gown. The elegance, mystique and excitement of weddings led Leslie to pursue her joy of designing wedding gowns. This joy for design is combined with her love for the matriarchs in her family, Marie and Victoria.

Leslie is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with her B.F.A. in Fashion Marketing and Management and a minor in Fashion Design. There, Leslie further refined her talents in business and design.
