Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  PAYMENTS FOR MERCHANDISE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. BUYER MAY EXCHANGE ANY MERCHANDISE THAT CONTAINS ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE DATE THAT MERCHANDISE IS PICKED UP OR WITHIN NINE (9) DAYS OF THE DATE THAT MERCHANDISE IS SHIPPED TO BUYER.  SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGES IN SIZE, INCLUDING CHANGES DUE TO WEIGHT LOSS, WEIGHT GAIN, PREGNANCY, OR PLASTIC SURGERY.  SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGES OR VARIATIONS IN MANUFACTURER‘S DYE LOTS.  THE SIZE OF THE MERCHANDISE ORDERED IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.  ALL MERCHANDISE IS MADE TO MEASUREMENTS SUBMITTED BY BUYER AND ALTERATIONS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS NEEDED. ALTERATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE MERCHANDISE; PROVIDED THAT ONE PRESSING IS INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE OF ALTERATIONS COMPLETED BY SELLER AT SELLER’S LOCATION.

Marie Victoria Standard

Due to the nature of our product offering returns/exchanges/refunds/cancellations are not offered on items purchased excluding exceptions listed below. This is the standard policy of ALL similar brick & mortar or internet special occasion stores.  Every item purchased is inspected for correct style, color and size. All beading, embroidery, the hems and seams are also inspected to ensure it is in new & satisfactory condition.  Most of the items sold by Marie Victoria are special ordered and crafted especially for you. This allows you to receive the style, color, size and options desired by you. This also means no other customer has touched or worn your item.

If the dress we send you is not the dress you ordered (as specified in our contract), brand new and flawless from the designer/manufacturer that makes it, we and the factory will stand behind our service and will either repair or replace the item when notified. Notification of issue must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
